What makes a great ESCA location?

We take a range of factors into consideration when assessing potential location partners, such as: 

  • Site is located in a regional area (not within city limits) but within 1-3 hours' drive of a major city in Australia (for now).
  • A place that has a compelling connection to the local community and history that gives visitors a meaningful “sense of place”.
  • Within or close to a well-patronised tourism region, that has broad appeal to out-of-state travellers.
  • Beautiful views from the suites.
  • No line of sight to other buildings in the area, or other suites.
  • Exclusive accommodation use to ESCA.
  • Minimum 10 year land lease.
  • Like-minded landowners who share our values of design, immersive experience, and sustainability.
