ESCA

Frequently Asked Questions —

  • What are your check in / check out times?

Check in is at 3pm on your date of arrival, and check out is at 11am on the date of departure.

Late/early check out is unfortunately difficult for us to accommodate, due to many back to back bookings.  This time is required to ensure we have enough time to clean each suite for you and the next guest, in line with stringent cleaning protocols.

If you absolutely require additional time at either end, contact us at stay@esca.com.au and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Please note that we will only be able to know whether this is possible a few days before your visit.

  • Where are your suites located?

ESCA's  first property is located in Inman Valley, South Australia.  Exact location of the site can be found here.

ESCA will announce more Australian locations shortly - sign up to our email newsletter to be the first to hear when future locations are open.

Yes we absolutely do, subject to availability of course.  Each suite holds a maximum occupancy of two guests.

  • What COVID safe practises do you have in place?

ESCA is accredited as a COVID-19 Clean Practising Business within the Quality Tourism Framework, giving you peace of mind during your stay. As part of this, we've developed COVID-19 cleaning procedures and protocol to ensure the safety of our customers at every step of your stay.
